據(jù)ICIS網(wǎng)站8月6日消息 日本生產(chǎn)商旭化成（Asahi Kasei）周五表示，由于其材料部門(mén)的強(qiáng)勁表現(xiàn)，旭化成第一季度凈利潤(rùn)較去年同期增長(zhǎng)了三倍多。

　　Asahi Kasei’s first-quarter net profit more than tripled from year-ago levels, thanks to strong performance from its materials segment, the Japanese producer said on Friday.

　　Sales from its material business in the April-June 2021 grew by 35.2% year on year to Japanese yen (Y) Japanese yen (Y) 276.8bn, with operating profit up surging to Y32.1bn from Y8.9bn in the same period last year, the company said in a statement.

　　The segment’s strong performance was driven by the “recovery of automobile-related markets, rapid rise of market prices for petrochemical products with demand recovery”, the company said.
