據(jù)管道新聞網(wǎng)6月19日消息稱，孟加拉國(guó)家石油公司的一名官員周一表示，該公司將簽署一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期供應(yīng)協(xié)議，從阿曼國(guó)際貿(mào)易公司獲得額外的液化天然氣(LNG)庫(kù)存。

這位官員說(shuō)，根據(jù)新合同，從2026年1月起，這個(gè)南亞國(guó)家將開始每年接收來(lái)自阿曼的50萬(wàn)至150萬(wàn)噸液化天然氣。

這將是孟加拉國(guó)家石油公司與阿曼國(guó)際貿(mào)易公司簽訂的第二份合同。此前兩家已經(jīng)簽訂了一份為期10年的合同，從2019年到2029年，每年100萬(wàn)噸。

這將是孟加拉今年簽署的第二份長(zhǎng)期合同，此前孟加拉國(guó)家石油公司本月與卡塔爾能源公司簽署了一項(xiàng)協(xié)議，從2026年開始，每年供應(yīng)180萬(wàn)噸液化天然氣，為期15年。

孟加拉近四分之三的發(fā)電量依賴進(jìn)口液化天然氣，國(guó)內(nèi)天然氣儲(chǔ)量不斷減少，燃煤發(fā)電能力不足。

孟加拉國(guó)今年進(jìn)口了258萬(wàn)噸液化天然氣。

Petrobangla to Sign 10-Year LNG Deal with Oman Trading International

Bangladesh's state-owned company Petrobangla is set to sign a long-term supply deal for additional stocks of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Oman Trading International, an official at Petrobangla said on Monday.

Under the new contract, the South Asian nation will begin receiving an additional 0.5 million to 1.5 million metric tons per year of LNG from January 2026, the official said.

This will be Petrobangla's second contract with Oman Trading International. It already has a 10-year contract for 1 million metric tons a year from 2019 to 2029.

It will be Bangladesh's second long-term contract signed this year, following a Petrobangla deal with QatarEnergy this month for the supply of 1.8 million metric tons of LNG a year, starting in 2026, for 15 years.

Bangladesh relies on imported LNG for nearly three-quarters of its power generation, amid dwindling domestic gas reserves and a lack of sufficient coal-fired capacity.

Bangladesh has imported 2.58 million metric tons of LNG this year.
