???? 據(jù)阿拉伯貿易2月16日倫敦報道，全球著名油氣工程公司德西尼布FMC公司（TechnipFMC）宣布，該公司日前已完成其分拆一事，從而創(chuàng)建了兩個行業(yè)領先的獨立上市公司：德西尼布FMC公司和德西尼布能源公司。

????與分拆有關的是，德西尼布能源公司在巴黎泛歐交易所直接上市前的技術參考價格為9.00歐元，該公司將以“TE”代碼進行交易。

????TechnipFMC has announced the completion of its spin-off transaction to create two industry leading, independent, publicly traded companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies.

????In connection with the separation, the Technip Energies technical reference price was set at 9.00 ahead of its direct listing on the Euronext Paris Exchange where it will trade under the symbol “TE”.

????Eyers previously served as Managing Director of Warburg Pincus International from 2012 to 2018 focusing on energy investments, and as a Senior Advisor until the end of 2020 after retiring from his full-time role.
